Devotees at ISKCON Resolve are always happy to receive your call and confidentially hear your concerns(sometimes even that alone can make a substantial difference). However, limited resources allow us only to be directly involved in a limited number of cases. We will do what we can to help you find solutions.
When contacting ISKCON Resolve please let us know clearly when and how we should respond, particularly if you have concerns about who may see your email, hear your call, etc. At ISKCON Resolve confidentiality is a priority.
Please contact us if your community is interested to train local ombudspersons or mediators. Ultimately, local ombuds and a culture of broad mindedness, understanding and effective communication are the best means for avoiding and resolving conflict.
